Seth Unger is a customer-first marketing executive with twenty-plus years turning brand into a growth engine for category leaders across design, manufacturing, and the built environment.

Companies bring him in as a first. First full-time Creative Director. First global Architecture and Design lead. He stands up creative functions, modernizes digital experience, and rebuilds the offer around the customer.

As CMO of Continua Interiors, Seth led the brand, digital, and experience work that carried three companies through acquisition, integration, and rebrand into a single $350M integrated workplace solutions provider. He built and led a 16-person marketing organization spanning strategy, a creative studio, digital, A+D and influencer relations, events, and front-of-house hospitality. He architected the Continua brand and launched it in October 2024, unifying three legacy companies into one identity, operating model, and go-to-market. In its first year as Continua, the combined business grew from $310M to $350M. He also established the company's thought-leadership platform, including its first original research report, Magnetic, Not Mandatory.

Before Continua, Seth was DIRTT's first full-time Creative Director, where he led the evolution of the brand, the transformation of dirtt.com, and the reinvention of how DIRTT productized its offer. Earlier, he led Global Architecture and Design at Herman Miller and co-led the Brand Design and Consulting studio at Gensler in Chicago.

Seth is an early adopter of AI across the marketing function, building AI-enabled teams that expand creative output while driving speed and efficiency. Outside the day job, he co-founded The Wabash Lights, an internet-enabled public-art platform under the Wabash Avenue L tracks in the Loop, and still leads its creative and serves on the board.

He holds a BFA with Highest Honors from DePaul and completed Stanford GSB's executive program in Customer-Focused Innovation with the d.school.
